Ladies Jubilee

In the year 2003, We will have more information on planning a jubilee for the ladies this year.

This is a time of encouragement and fellowship, not only for the ladies of our Church, but for ladies in other local and area churches in nearby cities.

We have specially invited guest speakers to bring insight to us from God's word. We have many different workshops, on many different subjects, such as family relations, homemaking, relationship with our Saviour, growth in our spiritual life, etc., all based on God's Word.

The date for the year of 2003, will be announced at a later date, if indeed, we plan to have the jubilee. Keep in touch for updates. You are invited to attend.

LADIES MISSIONARY CIRCLE

The Circle is a large group of ladies in our church, who meet once a month.

The ladies have several missions they accomplish throughout the year. The largest is making individual Christmas cards and gift baskets with needed items, for the patients in three large nursing homes in the local area. A lot of times nursing home patients are forgotten by their family or they may have no family.

This not only blesses the patient, but the ladies as well.

LAYMAN'S LEAGUE

This group of Christian men meet together once a month.

These men have basically the same kind of ministry that the ladies group has. But one thing they do, that stands out with me, they cook and serve breakfast to all who attend the Watchnight service, that is held from about 7:30 pm until midnight, on December 31st each year. We have about 6 to 8 preachers, who preach about 15 to 20 minutes each, along with special singing.

It is a real blessing to bring in the new year while having fellowship with our brothers and sisters in Christ. If you never have attended a Watchnight Service, you are invited to come to our Church and visit with us during this time and any time during the new year, if you are not a member of a KJV Bible teaching, God-fearing Church. ALL sinners and saints, alike, are welcome!
