History of our Church

  Our Church was founded in the year 1967, and the construction of the building was finished in the year of 1968.  An addition to the Fellowship building was completed in 1999.

  Our long-range goal is to add to the size of the present Sanctuary and Sunday School classrooms. 

  Our Mission is to spread the Gospel of Christ into all the World.  To let the world know that there is someone who loves them so much that He gave His life that they may have life eternal.

  The Scriptural Passage for our Church is the commandment of Jesus; Matthew 28:19,20-"Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen."

  Are you out of fellowship with your Lord and Saviour?  Have you left your church because someone offended you?

  If you are in either situation, please sincerely think about what Jesus did for you on the cross of Calvary.

  Dear Christian, we have all offended Him and He could have easily come down from that cross, but He looked into the future and He saw you and He saw me, and He would not even consider it, for He loves us so much.    Oh, how unworthy we are, of His love!

WE BELIEVE:

_The Authorized 1611 KJV Scriptures are fully inspired by

         God and is the final authority for faith and life. 

_In one God, existing in three Persons - Father, Son and

         Holy Spirit.

_That Jesus Christ was begotten by the Holy Spirit, born of

         the virgin Mary, and is true God and true Man.

_That God created man in His image, that man sinned, and

         was given the penalty of death, spiritual and

         physical.

_That Jesus Christ died for our sins, as our substitution,

         according to scripture, and all who believe and trust

         in Him are justified by His shed blood.

_In the bodily resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ, His

         ascension into Heaven, and His present life as

         our High Priest and Advocate with the Father.

_In the personal return of the Lord Jesus Christ.

_That all who sincerely: repent of their sin and receive

         Jesus as their personal Saviour are born

         again, and become children of God.

_In the baptism of the Holy Spirit, to empower and equip

         believers for His service.

_In the resurrection of the just to eternal blessedness, and

         for those who have rejected the offer of salvation,

         eternal banishment from God.

_That the one true Church is all who have been redeemed

         by the Blood of the Sacrificial Lamb, Jesus Christ.

_In two ordinances appointed by the Lord Jesus Christ,

         baptism and the Lord's Supper, which are to be

         obeyed as a witness.  Baptism by immersion and the

         Lord's Supper in remembrance of His death till He

         comes.

_That sanctification is a definite, yet progressive work of

         grace, beginning at the time of the new birth, until

         His return.
